Chick-fil-A has a high standard setting us apart from other quick service restaurants. The success of our restaurant relies on each employee working their scheduled shifts and putting forth their very best efforts. This means being dependable, punctual, and reporting to work with a professional appearance and clean uniform. We do not expect perfect attendance, but we do count on everyone to be dependable and do their part to help us provide a great guest and team member experience.
This policy describes our restaurant’s point system, under which employees will receive points for engaging in various types of infractions and conduct. This system is based on our expectations regarding team member attendance, performance, and professional appearance and outlines the consequences for failing to meet these expectations.
